To Cut or Not to Cut...that is not really the question

I need to cut my hair.  I am not a long hair person and I have never been a long hair person.  I keep trying and keep cutting. :)  Here are some ideas I had.  What do you guys think?  Which one would work on me?  I am looking for no fuss, no muss!  If you have any other ideas, I am open to suggestions.
